Carsen has a new name; given to him by Myka. Meet 'Buddy'.
We have been trying for the longest time to get Myka to say 'Carsen.' She always gives us her little smile, runs away and says, "No."
The other day I said to Myka, "Tell Carsen goodnight." She waved to him and said, "Nigh Nigh Buddy." I was a little confused and then I realized what she had called him.
This morning when we asked her who should say the prayer, she pointed to Carsen, "Buddy."
They are the best little buddies. It's so cute to watch them play together (and fight) together.
Myka is quite the tease and loves to taunt her Buddy--But in the end they always make-up and give each other hugs. (Until she takes something away, breaks something or is just being her usual little stinker-self)!

That is a really cute story. There is nothing better then having the brother and sisters play and be best friends.
That is adorable! Your kids are GORGEOUS!!!!!
I love it! They are the cutest little buddies:) I know we have said it before, but older brothers are the best, Carsen and Coop are so protective of their younger slibings...we are pretty lucky:)
you have such cute kids
Oh, how cute! Thats a fun nickname- you never know- it may stick. :-)
Buddy left his shoes and jacket at our house. We'll get it to him shortly
Oh that is too funny!!! At least she chose a nice endearing name like Buddy. It could've been worse - Gareth's little nephew couldn't say 'Gareth' for a long time. He would say "Barf" so Gareth was "Uncle Barf" and the name has now stuck!
That is too cute! I'm excited to see my girls interact when they get to that stage. Your kids are so adorable!
