I decided Myka's hair may be 'long' but it was also scraggly and baby looking. There isn't a whole lot you can do with feather-like hair...
I took her to Cookie Cutters, because I was hoping the atmosphere would be distracting...She was given a little car to be strapped to, which entertained her a little bit. (I kept turning the steering wheel and beeping the little horn.) And of course they gave her a little sucker. Myka does not like anything to be strapped around her neck--the hair-cutting cape was no exception. She kept yanking on it, and drooling sucker all over it. Luckily the actual haircut consisted of about 3 snips. By the end she looked absolutely adorable, but was covered in sticky sucker. (It never could have happened without the sucker though.)

I hope you all had a happy Easter.
Cute cute CUTE! Those kiddie salons are the best! They are quick, fun and distracting! Myka looks adorable and happy!
I just have no idea what to do with Kate's hair. Maybe I need "professional help" also.
Cookie Cutter's is great...they keep Bode distracted too. 3 snips and $15 later, but I think it is all worth it.
We love Cookie Cutters. Better than cleaning up a mess of hair here at my house! And the kids are excited to go instead of dreading it! Cute hair Myka!
Myka, Love the new 'do'!! And a little sticky is definitley worth a happy baby!!
