I saw this on my friend Natalie and Allison's blog...so I decided to see if Carsen would go for it. He did.
These are questions I asked him and the first response he gave.
What does mommy always say to you?
"Umm…go take a bath.”
What makes mommy happy?
"When we go somewhere."
What makes mommy sad?
"When I don’t do something."
How does mommy make you laugh?
"When you laugh"
What was mommy like when she was little?
"You broke your leg. That’s it."
How old is mommy?
"I don’t know….cuz it’s hard."
How tall is mommy?
"Not tall." (isn't that the truth!)
What does mommy like to do?
"Do chores." (Oh gosh. I'm not fun.)
What is something mommy doesn't like to do?
"Let me watch a show."
What does mommy do for a job?
"Do chores."
What is mom's favorite food?
"Chicken." (Not quite my favorite.)
What do mommy and Carsen like to do together?
"Drink water." (I think at this point he was getting impatient with so many questions).
How do you know mom loves you?
"Cause I play with you."

Aaahh! So super cute. You guys are so darling. I can hear Carsen's little voice saying those cute responses. Isn't it fun to hear how they see things? Only a month until we are chilling in St. George enjoying our freedom for a few days! I can't wait!!
That is the cutest thing ever. I love children's responses to things like this. It gives amazing insight.
So cute. I did this with Livi a couple of weeks ago on my blog.
ps.s ( ican't wait for the reunion pictures ;-)
Cute post. Livi tagged Kaylee a while ago but I still haven't done it. I guess you aren't the only procrastinator in the family!
There is nothing like a child's response! Those were cute answers! I could only imagine what mine would say if I asked them those things... It's almost a scary thought. Carsen is one adorable kid!!
Keysha I think you need to stop doing chores. You work too hard!
I love that he got the height thing pretty correct...they know more than we think.
And chicken may not be your favorite, but we sure do eat a lot of it...chicken and brown rice. I am sure that is where he got it from.
Keysha I think you have too many chores!! But, I'm glad someone else spends a lot of time doing "Chores". My kids are getting neglected this summer. I was so glad to spend the weekend camping with the family and even more excited for our family trip to San Diego this coming Friday. No Chores for a week!!!!
You are the cutest mommy. You always seem to have a new adventure to report on! Your kids are so cute. I love peeking in on you!
I love these questions/answers. It's is funny what kids remember. I love the pic of you and carsen.
So cute! It's always fun to see how their little minds work. I wish I liked to do chores for fun ;)
Oh those are sweet answers. Thanks again for stopping by yesterday to see Greg. That really meant a lot to us!!
I love it! You are dang cute!
